I’m Darlene - your guide for the paths most people skip.
My background is a blend of grounded service and high-frequency exploration.
I don’t just coach; I draw from a deep well of lived experience.
My curriculum vitae of the soul includes:
Service: Social Work, Youth Mentorship/Case Management, and Teaching.
Connection: Motherhood, Partnership, Community, and Sisterhood.
Initiation: Spiritual Guidance, Healing, and Human Design, Astrology.
Expansion: Global Travel and the lifelong study of Esoteric Truths.
I grew up as the "black sheep" in a household echoing with the unspoken weight of the Cambodian Genocide my carers went through. Living under one roof with parents and grandparents who survived such immense intergenerational trauma, I became the canvas for their projections. My defiance and willingness to speak up weren't always welcomed, but they became my survival tools. With rejection, parental alienation, and abandonment forced me into a state of radical independence, eventually forging the internal strength I needed to become a truth-teller and healer for my ancestral lineage. Yet, the polarity was learning to de-condition radical independence and begin to recieve.
For years, I tried to meet societal and cultural expectations of what it meant to be a woman, mother, lover, and partner. But my body eventually revolted. Battling chronic eczema, Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW), and Red Skin Syndrome was a visceral wake-up call—my body was screaming that the life I was performing was not my own. I was drowning in people-pleasing patterns, cultural, societal, sexual shame, and the patriarchal and misogynistic values of a different century that have been imbued in me while trying to live the modern life.
Through deep, deliberate inner work, I began to dismantle these structures. I shifted from a place of wounding and resentment to one of compassion and abundance for myself and those that were apart of my path. By integrating tools and wisdom from Human Design, Astrology, Mysticsim, Gnosticsm, structured religions, and counselling, I stopped escaping myself and started embodying my own wisdom.
Today, I live unapologetically as my authentic self, guiding others as they navigate their own energetic shifts and reclaim their power.

Chanel of Synthesis 19-49: I’m here to create deep, lasting connections rooted in love and mutual understanding. Highly attuned to the needs of others and driven to build relationships that honour shared values and commitments. I don’t settle for relationships that don’t respect my principles - and so should you! My heart thrives in spaces where respect, and shared visions are the foundation.
Channel of Awareness 24-61: Oh my gosh, If thinking was a sport, I’d be winning Gold at all the Olympics. My mind is always active, pursuing knowledge, and tuning into information that comes naturally by “knowing” through transmission of the unknown. My thinking is out of the box, and I’m here to inspire who ever comes through my path. Tin foil hat lady? That’s me!
Channel of Initiation 25-51: Okay, this channel is also known as the Channel of the Shaman/Priestess. This energy in my life is disruptive, shocking me into situations that take me deep into the unknown and stretch beyond the normal limits of our societal/religious/relationship structures (pretty much spiritual transformations over and over) - that can strip everything I know, and be reborn again, with depth and wonder for our human spirit without judgement. What does this look like? Transcending the ego, and knowing that we are all One. Despite our individuality.
It’s been a journey transforming through these initiations, and instead of suffering/victimising from the shock/pain and hardships I’ve gone through, I discover the real integrity, truth and power in me.
